Welcome to "Move To Scroll" ("the App"), operated by Savesmart Group PTY LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of your access.

3. User Data Collection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and collect only necessary information to provide our services:

  • Personal Information: Email and authentication data (via Supabase, Google, and Apple login).

  • User Content: Data you input for habit tracking and progress monitoring.

  • Automatically Collected Data: Analytics data via third-party services.

Data is securely stored and used only to enhance App functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

"Move To Scroll" integrates with third-party providers:

  • Firebase: Authentication & data storage.

  • Superwall: Subscription and payment processing.

These services may collect additional data as per their privacy policies.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

The App offers the following subscription plans:

  • Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year

Auto-Renewal Policy

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

  • Users can manage subscriptions via their Apple ID settings.

6. Data Protection & Compliance

  • GDPR & CCPA Compliance: Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data. Requests can be sent to pete@savesmart.co.za.

  • We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the App "as-is" with no warranties.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from App use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate this EULA.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this agreement periodically, with notice provided through the App.
