Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.
Service refers to the "Move To Scroll" mobile application and associated website.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the use of this Service and constitute an agreement between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

The Company makes no claims regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the insights provided by the Service. Users should consult healthcare professionals regarding nicotine addiction or health-related concerns.
User Accounts
Users may log in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In through Supabase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if We suspect unauthorized use or violations of these Terms.
In-App Purchases and Subscription Terms
"Move To Scroll" offers the following subscription plans:
Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year
Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription via App Store settings.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
